When will my order be shipped?
Our delivery cut-off is 3PM daily – Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
In-stock orders placed after 3PM, Monday to Friday will be despatched the next working day.
In-stock orders placed on Bank Holidays or Weekends will be despatched on the next working day.
Simply Sound & Vision aim to send all tracking details along with invoices. These are automatically generated by 7PM on the day of dispatch and sent to the email address we have linked to the customer’s account.
How to change shipping address
Deliveries will be sent to the address on the customers order confirmation, if you subsequently notice a discrepancy with the delivery address, please make us aware as soon as possible.
If we are informed after 3PM, we might not be able to alter the shipment address and redelivery may incur an additional charge.

Free delivery is provided for all orders with a UK delivery address when the value exceeds £119. This is regardless of weight, dimensions and number of consignments.

Who is your shipping agent
Simply Sound & Vision use DPD as our preferred shipping agent for UK deliveries but may, on occasion, use other carriers. International shipments may be handled by Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL, UPS. We only use premium providers.
Shipments outside of the UK
For shipments outside of the UK, we require relevant customs information to comply with shipping and customs regulations, failure to do so could result in additional customs charges and / or your delivery being delayed.
Relevance of stock & pricing info
All prices are an invitation to purchase at the listed price. On rare occasions discrepancies in stock levels and pricing may occur. In both cases, if there is a discrepancy we endeavour to inform you as soon as possible where we will offer to cancel or amend your order..
In the event that stock is on backorder or pre-order we aim to despatch stock as soon as stock arrives.
If, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods to supply the goods to us, the Supplier is unable to supply the goods to the Customer, the Supplier may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to the Customer. The Supplier shall promptly repay to the Customer any sums paid by the Customer or on the Customer’s behalf under or in relation the agreement. The Supplier shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.
